Turquoise revisited.

So, remember the other day when I posted about the color ‘turquoise’ and it’s positive benefits on mood?

Well, I decided to put it to use in a room that does double-duty: my living room/ creating room.  Actually a lot of the rooms in my house do double-duty (have ‘creative spaces’ in them) mainly because I can’t fit all of my art supplies into just one space, so I spread them around.

I’ve found that this serves two purposes; by having my supplies spread around, it not only keeps them readily available, it also serves as a constant reminder to make art!

So, the above image is the result of painting the living room turquoise.

And, the following image is what it looked like before…

not beachy

NOT beach-y.

Big improvement, don’t you think?
